Develop and implement strategies to build farm community, brand recognition, and loyalty in our key local and Twin Cities markets. Identify and build on relationships with our CSA drop off locations and retail customers, including cross-merchandizing and promoting our retail produce.
Organize and Promote On-Farm Events. Organize, promote, and develop on-farm events, including the MOSES Conference Open House, the Spring Open House and Transplant Sale, the Strawberry Social, and the Harvest Festival to build community around Featherstone Farm.
Other tasks necessary to the position will be undertaken as they surface and are incorporated in annual revisions to the job description.
