The USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) has awarded New Entry Sustainable Farming Project an Education Enhancement Team grant through the Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program (BFRDP) to develop resources and tools to support inexperienced applicants with the application process. Eco-Gastronomy Lecture at Hamline University

Take part in the first of this year’s Sustainability Workshops with visiting fellow David Szanto, professor at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, and the Making the Best of It team, as they team up to think about eating nimbly in relation to our kitchen histories and climate futures.  The Eco-Gastronomy project has explored the foodways of 14 countries around the world, and will spend the week of October 17th on the Hamline Campus. Beginning lecture at 3:30 pm on October 17.
