FSMA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Training

Are you a small-scale food maker in Minnesota?  This course is for you: Preventive Controls for Human Food Qualified Individual Training.  Sponsored by the Minnesota Food Safety and Defense Task Force.  Cost: $185. One course option: August 15-17, 2017.

Training details:

This training was created by the Food Safety and Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in partnership with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This course meets the Preventive Controls for Human Food Qualified Individual training requirements. Certificates will be issued to each participant documenting completion of this course.

If you are a small-scale food maker and subject to the Food Safety Modernization Act’s Preventive Controls Rule, this course is for you. At less than 1/3 the cost of some equivalent courses (due to sponsorship by the Food Safety & Defense Task Force), it’s affordable; and conveniently located on the University of Minnesota’s St. Paul Campus.

Registration is limited to 25 participants, so don’t delay.

Instructions for registration:

  1. Send request to attend to otieno@state.mn.us
  2. The first twenty five requests received will be sent a registration form
  3. Complete the registration form
  4. Send the form with payment of $185 per attendee to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture
