Keg & Case Food Hall Seeks Vendors

Multi-million dollar development in former Schmidt Brewery, West 7th Neighborhood – Keg & Case is Frank & Ernest’s most dynamic work to date! Our company has taken on curation and recruitment of its 32-interior food market stalls and outdoor marketplace.  Vendor applications coming soon!

Opening in early 2018, this multi-million dollar development, situated on a 15-acre historical site, is exclusively food focused, and includes new concepts from Revival’s Thomas Boemer and Nick Rancone, along with; Ashley Olds’ first Sweet Science Ice Cream location, Five Watt Coffee, and a brand-new brewery and taproom called Clutch; with several additional anchor tenants to be announced soon.

The food hall includes 32-indoor stalls, with plans for 60+ outdoor seasonal stalls.  Keg & Case will have a  live music amphitheater, outdoor beer garden, and winter market with skating rink. This is a one-stop food hall shopping experience unlike anything else in the Midwest.

Currently, F&E is developing the Keg & Case vendor application. Planning for these spaces includes offering low-cost and short-term stall leases with a special focus on producers interested in selling direct.  This is a dynamic, new-to-the-scene retail model unlike any other in the Upper Midwest.

The Keg & Case application process, includes a product pitch opportunity for vendors to gain first access to the indoor market stalls. Applications will be made available within the next two weeks. FYI: approved F&E vendors will receive notice 48-hours in advance of this application becoming available to the general food-making public.

All regional ready-to-eat food makers, farmers, and packaged food producers and food trucks are encouraged to apply.  Particularly, we are seeking those direct-from-maker food, flower, farms (food hubs, produce, protein and CSA) and value-added  concepts.  Notably, farmers will be offered single-day stall rental options.

No concept is too different, too creative or too off the wall. Not sure if you’ve the right concept or product compilation? Let us know about it, apply and let us help you bring your vision to life.  Further, F&E has lots of ideas for partnerships, collaborations and networks to tie it all together. We need to know about you and your ideas. Reach out and get talking with us today.

We are excited to get our food and farming business community talking about how to make this food hall a true reflection of our new northern sensibilities. Start collaborating now, and F&E approved vendors will receive first notice of this exciting opportunity. To  be first in line to receive your Keg & Case application  – become an approved F&E vendor today.  For more information on F&E, go to https://www.frankandernestfoods.com
