Minnesota Cooks at the State Fair

Sunday, August 27, 2017 will be this year’s Minnesota Cooks Day at the Minnesota State Fair. Once again we’re preparing to host the largest local foods celebration at the Minnesota State Fair. Honey & Rye Bakehouse and York Farm: Anne Roach will be preparing ‘Cherry Madelaines with Cherry Glaze’ using cherries from York Farm

Farm to Fork and rebelSoil: Heather Meyer will be preparing ‘Roasted Eggplant Roulades with Goat Cheese, Greens, and Heirloom Tomato Sauce’ using produce from rebelSoil
